Tasting Notes

Touches of herbal tea and forest floor sit atop the mix of various red berry fruit aromas that are liberally laced with secondary nuances. There is both fine intensity and detail to the medium weight flavors that exude evident minerality on the delicious, complex and lingering finish. While there is still some supporting structure there is also a touch of backend leanness that suggests that this may eventually develop some dryness. At present this is already drinking quite well though it should hold well over the short to medium-term. Tasted March 2019. Allen Meadows - Burghound
