Tasting Notes

Pinot noir with flavour and attitude and a scaffold of tannin is one thing, and this wine has all those things. But pinot noir with a ricochet of flavour through the finish, a sense of spread and run, an impression that the burst/explosion turned out to be greater than the package of the palate had predicted; this is far rarer territory, and it is the domain of this wine.
