Tasting Notes

Dark cherry, spice, cola, creamy caramel oak along with some perfume – maybe thyme and flowers? It’s medium to full bodied, dense and firm, with plenty of powdery graphite-like tannin and good length – a serious style. There’s some herbal bitterness which doesn’t detract. A robust, but stylish expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir. Gary Walsh - Winefront
