CRAGGY RANGE

Craggy Range is a family-owned winery established in 1998 and situated in the shadow of the spectacular Te Mata Peak in the premium wine growing region area of Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Craggy Range produces a collection of iconic wines from multiple regions in New Zealand and the diversity of soils types, offered the perfect location to plant the vines. From the stony, warm soils of the Gimblett Gravels in Hawke’s Bay to the volcanic, clay soils of Te Muna Road in Martinborough these exceptional vineyards produce wines with amazing aromatics, purity and complexity. The wines, produced for the Prestige and Family Collections are pure expressions of the unique terroir in which they were grown.

Master of Wine and official New Zealand wine guru Bob Campbell MW couldn’t get enough of these “Prestige” wines using superlatives of “deliciously drinkable”, “utterly delicious”

Craggy Range ranked 2nd in The Real Review’s Top Wineries of New Zealand 2021 and they have been in the top four places every year since the first list was published in 2018.

“A vintage that, side-by-side with 2019, will be considered the greatest back-to-back in our winery’s history” - Craggy Range
