93/7% cabernet/malbec. Hand-picked fruit, berry sorted and crushed. On skins for 22 days. Matured 14 months in French oak (30% new). Bright, clear colour; this is about as good as one could get from the Yarra Valley in a medium-bodied frame, its purity is wonderful. A drop-dead bargain. Tasted Sep 2020. James Halliday
