Tasting Notes

Cropped at 600kgs per tonne, matured in one new French hogshead and two used French barriques for 24 months. Deep, dense purple-crimson, it is saturated with black fruits, spices galore and cracked pepper. The fruit has swallowed the new French oak, and the 80 dozen bottled will disappear like water on desert sand. James Halliday
