An 80/20% blend shiraz from Gomersal matured in American oak, cabernet from Moculta matured in French oak, both for 20 months. The secret to this wine is, without question, its low alcohol (by Barossa Valley standards) giving the palate a magic carpet ride of freshness and fruit intensity, making the oak (and the tannins) nigh on irrelevant.
