Tasting Notes

♥ TOP VALUE / OUTSTANDING - BURGHOUND | Bright medium red. Explosively ripe aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and dried flowers came across as almost roasted following Fourrier's line-up of 2013 samples. Then sweet and lush on the palate, with superripe flavors of dried red fruits and flowers showing a bit less nuance than I recall finding a year ago. This large-scaled village wine finishes with substantial slightly rough tannins that call for a couple years of patience.
