Tasting Notes

Medium to full red, with very faint purple edges. Meaty, earthy and briary, scented with musky cloves and cinnamon and laced with floral, sweet red berry, plum and cherry aromas. Sharply focused around a fine spine of tightly knit tannins and racy acids. But opens out to show a fleshy, chewy mouth feel, intense red fruit flavors and noteworthy staying power.
