Tasting Notes

All the Museum Release wines were re-tasted for this edition, but none had changed in any material way. First tasted Mar '14: A 65/35% blend; the intense bouquet of black fruits leads into the luscious, velvety palate that achieves the impossible of being light on its feet, thanks in no small measure to the cassis fruit component; the velvety tannins and fully integrated oak help sweep the wine along the course of its very long palate.
