6 hours skin contact, all wild yeast, 100% mlf, 100% barrel-fermented, 33% new oak. Kept in bottle for 12 months prior to release. A wine of richness and length. Nougat, peach, sun-filled citrus and spicy oak. Effusive on the nose and convincing on the palate. The finish takes care of itself - and then some.
