Tasting Notes

Symphony does what the label says; a symphonic wine, seamless and filigreed, long, moving and pure. It’s shaped tight and pent up, a sheath of sinewy, fine tannins all lacy but firm ribbons ending up in infinity, or the next sip. So perfumed too, floral and pretty, not sweet, just fresh, all exotic spice and red and black berries. So much detail to pause over, many notes in the piece, or something like that. It’s delicious, but extraordinary shiraz too. Mike Bennie - Winefront
