Tasting Notes

No review available as yet. Winery note: A warm early vintage and quite a contrast to the cool, wet 2019 vintage. 8 different picks between mid-February and early March with the acidity holding beautifully. The hand-picked fruit was then chilled and whole bunch pressed to give fresh, delicate and vibrant fruit aromas and flavours, with 12% barrel ferment adding a creamy texture. Passionfruit and mixed citrus with a subtle hint of cut grass. Intense, precise and minerally with crisp fruit extending to a long finish. This year’s varietal composition is Sauvignon Blanc at 50%, 41% Semillon and & 9% Chardonnay.
