Made from four rows of 165yo vines, this was fermented in open top fermenters before being matured in new French barriques. The result is a wines that smells of dark fruits, chocolate and leather, while the palate has an old vine creaminess together with very ripe tannins ensuring this classic, old school Barossa shiraz will still be looking good 20 years from now.
