Tasting Notes

Robust and strongly regional, with a briary, floral and earthy perfume of redcurrants, blackberries and tight-knit cedary oak backed by hints of blueberry and polished leather with a faint meatiness. It?s full to medium-bodied, long and bony, with pristine, fiery dark berry fruit and savoury oak underpinned by firm, sinewy tannins, finishing long and drying. Still very closed, but certainly a long-term wine of great potential.
