Tasting Notes

Blackcurrant, mocha, mint and aniseed, cedar, some floral perfume. Medium-bodied, intense small berried dark fruit, black olive rolled in dried herb, more built on glassy acidity than tannin, through tannin is there, lightly chalky and grippy.  Finish is firm, fresh, and pretty long.
