Tasting Notes

Crafted with several different olives varietals Correggiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo and Olivastra of Montalcino, all harvested from the olive groves of Greppo Biondi Santi in Montalcino Tuscany. Olives are hand-picked and are ground with a traditional millstone and cold pressed. The oil is not filtered so as to retain its organoleptic characteristics. Recommended to store in a cool, dark place.
