We've Moved!

Dear clients & friends,

We did it. Over the last 3 weeks we have moved 250,000 precious bottles of wine to 41 Montpelier Road in Bowen Hills. It has been an epic feat and I need to thank my team (Brad, Chris and Reece) for a superhuman effort. When we look back on it it’s hard to believe what we achieved in such a short time frame. I think we can all safely say ‘never again’ - this will be the home of Wineaway for good!

Please note our reception and building frontage is still under construction so we will be working out of the cellar for the next fortnight -  some details and recommendations below:

• We are now accepting incoming wine and retrieval requests (24 hours’ notice required as we are still in the process of finalising all data matching and cross checks)
• Whilst we will retain our +61 (0)7 3852 1891 landline, it is essential that you call us on one of our mobiles in advance of collecting or delivering wine for the next 14 days (until 15th Nov).
• Fastway, Australia Post and Couriers Please drivers are all aware of our new address. They will be contacting us directly for deliveries. Please notify any other courier provider accordingly as our building will be inaccessible otherwise.

A very big thank you to you, our wonderful clients - we appreciate the tremendous patience you have extended to us during this time, not to mention your support over the last 20 years, and we look forward to showing you through our new premises in due course. You’ve all been instrumental in getting us to this momentous occasion and we are extremely grateful!
