Sourced from a steep 2.5-hectare plot nestled 270 metres high against a cool forest backdrop, this exceptional single-vineyard bottling masterfully navigates the highly acclaimed 2021 growing season. Planted in 1995 to ancient, small-berried Sangiovese clones, the vines extract massive structural power from their unique beds of bluish galestro schist.

In the glass, it commands attention with a deeply saturated garnet appearance, erupting into a darkly alluring and exotic bouquet layered with sweet lavender, mint, rosemary, and dried black cherries.

The palate is racy, sleek, and beautifully cool-toned, weaving compact wild berry flavors and a sharp citrus twang through a glossy, vertically structured architectural frame. A thoughtful maturation process shapes its incredibly dense, tightly knit texture, seamlessly resolving into a saturation of fine, malleable tannins.
