The holiday season is upon us! Please note our festive trading hours and reopening dates for 2024.
For storage clients, kindly take note of the information around retrievals, incomings and deliveries.

Tues - Fri | 19 - 22 Dec 2023 — 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5.30pm
Sat | 23 Dec 2023 — 10am to 2pm
Sun 24 Dec 2023 to Mon 15 Jan 2024 — CLOSED

— RETRIEVALS & INWARDS DEADLINES —

RETRIEVAL NOTICE PERIOD:
For 1-24 bottles: Minimum 2 working days’ notice
For 24+ bottles: Minimum 3 working days’ notice

***Any notice period less than the timing stated above may result in us being unable to fulfill your retrieval request. All retrieval requests must be submitted online.***

RETRIEVAL CUT-OFF:
Storage retrievals for pre-Christmas pickup must be submitted online by: 10am, Thursday 21st Dec

INCOMING CUT-OFF:
Incoming wines for storage must be delivered to Wineaway by: 12pm, Friday 22nd Dec

Self-Collection Orders:
Order by 1pm, Saturday 22nd Dec '23.

Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast Metro Deliveries:
Order by 12pm, Tuesday 19th Dec '23.

All other AU locations:
Please enquire before ordering

(Festive hours may affect courier delivery schedules and we cannot guarantee arrival times during this period.)

— CHRISTMAS SHIPPING NOTICE —

Please delay any wines that you may be looking to courier to us if they are not tracked to arrive by/before Wednesday, 20th Dec 2023. Christmas courier delays could result in your wines being left in a hot courier warehouse for several weeks whilst we are closed.

— 2024 REOPENING SCHEDULE —

2024 Regular Trading Hours will resume on Tuesday 16th January 2024 as follows:

Tuesday to Friday —
10:00am* to 1:00pm, 2:00pm to 5:30pm
*(Weekday cellar retrieval collections only from 11am)

Saturday —
10:00am to 2:00pm

Monday & outside hours —
By appointment only
