The holiday season is upon us! Please note our 2025 festive trading hours and reopening dates for 2026.
For storage clients, kindly take note of the information around retrievals, incomings and deliveries.

Week 1 Restricted Opening Hours:
Wed | 14 Jan 2026 — 10am to 1pm
Thu | 15 Jan 2026 — 10am to 1pm
Fri | 16 Jan 2026 — 10am to 1pm
Sat | 17 Jan 2026 — 10am to 1pm

Tuesday — By appointment
Wednesday to Friday — 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 4pm
Saturday — 10am to 2pm
Sun, Mon & PHs — Closed

— RETRIEVALS & INWARDS DEADLINES —

RETRIEVAL NOTICE PERIOD:
For 1-24 bottles: Minimum 2 working days’ notice
For 24-60 bottles: Minimum 2 working days’ notice
For 60+ bottles: Contact us prior to placing a retrieval

***Any notice period less than the timing stated above may result in us being unable to fulfill your retrieval request. All retrieval requests must be submitted online.***

RETRIEVAL CUT-OFF:

Storage retrievals for pre-Christmas pickup must be submitted online by:
2pm, Saturday 20th Dec 2025

(For collections Christmas week, you must nominate Wed 24th in calendar but specify Mon 22nd or Tues 23rd in notes section.)

INCOMING CUT-OFF:
Incoming wines for storage must be delivered to Wineaway by:
2pm, Saturday 20th Dec 2025

— CHRISTMAS SHIPPING NOTICE —

Please delay any wines that you may be looking to courier to us if they are not tracked to arrive by/before Friday, 19th Dec 2025. Christmas courier delays could result in your wines being left in a hot courier warehouse for several weeks whilst we are closed.
