The colour is delicate, typical of a Rosé des Riceys. On the nose, aromas of ripe strawberries and fresh wild strawberries reveal a lovely fruitiness accompanied by notes of liquorice. The mouth is fresh, fruity and supple. The terroir of Chanseux, with its finesse, is clearly expressed in this wine. Red fruit compote, slightly mentholated liquorice notes.
