Tasting Notes

It's a creamy, smoky wine with sweet plum and dense blackcurrant flavours oozing seductively through the palate. Acidity comes sweet and cranberried; tannin is strewn attractively with tobacco and dust; length is both assured and well finessed. It feels soft and syrupy up-front- it's one of those 'œultimate in smooth reds' types- but it's elegant to close. In short, it's a hard wine to fault; an easy wine to love.
