Deepish red/purple, bright colour, with a fragrant aroma of mixed spices and floral notes, including cinnamon, pepper and mace. The palate is soft and round and full, and replete with spicy cooler-grown flavours, and perhaps a touch of whole-bunch in the mix. Light but tight, dry and appropriately firm tannins.
