Tasting Notes

As is often the case, this possesses the most floral-suffused nose in the range with its spicy aromas of wet stone, spice and lemon-lime hints. The succulent, indeed quite generously proportioned broad-shouldered flavors that brim with both sappy dry extract and minerality that adds a sense of lift to the very dry but not especially austere, long and even more tightly wound finale. 91-94 (Outstanding + ❤) - Allen Meadows Burghound

Glowing mid yellow. An extra weight here, but the Charmes Dessus has more elegance at this stage, and this is one of those Perrières which risks being almost too heavy. Fortunately, the acidity comes through the middle as it should. Drink from 2029-2036. 92-95 4 Stars - Jasper Morris MW
