Exotic spices, with notes of game meats and beautifully pure dark cherry and red cherry fruits on a base of sous bois and shiitake-mushroom broth. Notes of blood plum, earth and dried roses entering the fray on the palate. Detailed and pure with wonderful fruit depth and fine, pumice-stone tannins providing shape and support.
