Boasts outstanding sappy energy and definition, with the dark berry flavors energized by piquant minerality and salty traces. These vines are actually on the Chambertin side of Clos de Bèze but the wine is less powerful than the estate's other Clos de Bèze, notes Hervet. The endless perfumed finish excites the taste buds.
