Tasting Notes

It tastes overwhelmingly of beautiful cabernet sauvignon grapes. Pure and mighty. Flavours of dust, blackcurrant, olives, spice and chocolate. Gorgeous briary, fragrant notes too. Toasty oak characters- of course- but perfumed and well on the way to integration. Not over-oaked, by my reckoning. Big ropes of tannin. Strength, concentration and length.
