Deviating from traditional large oak casks, Azelia intentionally refines this cuvée exclusively in stainless steel tanks to emphasize pristine varietal clarity.

The wine displays a brilliantly vivid red-ruby hue, opening with bright, airy aromatics of violet florals, crushed red berries, and subtle hints of lemon peel.

On the palate, a lively core of juicy raspberry, wild strawberry, and tart redcurrant is framed by incredibly fine-grained, ripe tannins.
