The 2025 Gamay vintage benefited from a season that allowed for exceptional aromatic development, resulting in a wine that displays a brilliant ruby hue and a sophisticated bouquet of crushed raspberries, wild strawberries, and hints of graphite. On the palate, Nick Farr’s use of whole-bunch fermentation lends a vibrant, "summer berries and cream" texture, seamlessly balanced by a fine web of tannins and a lingering, savoury earthiness.
