Crafted with a focus on texture and Beechworth typicity, the 2025 Rosé marks a sophisticated evolution for the estate, presented in a striking new ‘Vin Grand Cru Zebra’ bottle. This vintage is primarily a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet from the estate’s home vineyards, complemented by Aglianico from the Alpine Valleys.

The wine displays a medium salmon hue and opens with an intriguing smoky, reductive aromatic profile that yields to lifted red and dark cherry fruits.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned French oak puncheons and matured on lees for five months, the palate is intensely bright and savoury, showing a "more-ish" depth balanced by lively acidity and fine phenolics.

As noted by Jeni Port for the Halliday Wine Companion, this is a wine where “intensity, apposite concentration and immense flavour” take centre stage without sacrificing freshness.
