Light-medium yellow colour with complex bouquet of cashewnut, white peach/nectarine, creamy dairy and baker's yeast overtones - even a hint of milk powder - nougat lurking beneath. The palate is intense and zesty with lemon-curd and lime-juice flavours along with stone fruits and toasted nuts, bright acidity and a lovely tension across the tongue.
