Tasting Notes

There’s no doubt that Grüner has found a happy home away from home in the Adelaide Hills. Apple, pink grapefruit, white pepper and spice, mint and chamomile. It’s fresh, lovely texture, all fine chalk dust and pepper, bright and juicy, apple and kohlrabi, with tight acidity, something of a gin and tonic cinch of bitterness, and a lively spicy finish of excellent length and frisky grip. Wonderful. So nicely done. Gary Walsh for The Wine Front
