Remarkably youthful all round, from the deep crimson colour, still brilliant, to the bouquet which still shows primary aromas, bright berry and mint together with a subtle patina of bottle-age development. The wine is rich and full-bodied but as smooth as silk across the tongue, the tannins gorgeously soft and the flow superbly even and harmonious, ending in a long, long tail. This is a Peter Pan wine.
