It’s very rich, almost game meaty in its intensity and savouriness with plenty of ripe cherry, choc-berry, hazelnut and espresso coffee going on. Incredibly concentrated yet lifts on crunchy bubbles and a sluice of refreshing acidity and chalky tannins, though all that weaves so beautifully into the density of flavour in the wine.
