Tasting Notes

Perfumed and floral, blueberry pie, raspberry, spice, grilled meat, subtle wild herb and liquorice. Full bodied, but not heavy, loaded with succulent red and black berries, distinct ‘mineral’ feel and flavour – pencilly even – fresh but unobtrusive acidity, and layers of thick graphite tannin to temper the bold fruit, closing with lush fruit, a slick of tannin, and alarming length.
