Representing a pure, site-focused interpretation of the iconic Leongatha property, the 2024 Estate tier was handcrafted by winemaker Adam "Skip" Francis and legendary Burgundian vigneron Jean-Marie Fourrier.

This landmark vintage represents one of the earliest iterations vinified entirely within the estate's advanced Kardella facility. The growing season demanded immense patience, as harsh, cold winds during flowering severely reduced the vineyard yields, while a damp, protracted autumn pushed the final harvest out to late March. This extended hang time yielded a small crop with an incredibly high skin-to-juice ratio, gifting the wine a profound, structural framework. In the glass, it presents a brilliant ruby hue with exceptional clarity.

The complex, fine nose unfurls with pure, fragrant layers of red licorice, old leather, earthy undertones, and warm spice aromas. On the palate, the wine delivers immaculate purity of fruit, remaining brilliantly understated with a deep, earthy core of flavor.

The texture is balanced by a tangy acidity that adds a vibrant bite, driving through to a lingering, fresh, and licorice-root-scented finish.
