Sourced from the Huon Valley, Jim Chatto’s 2025 Isle Vineyard Pinot Noir is an arrestingly patient and contemplative release that "takes a long time to unfurl in the glass."

Beautifully seamless despite its substantial structural architecture, the wine reveals a deeply layered profile saturated with forest berries soaked in aromatic herbs, cool mineral undertones, whispers of fresh peppercorn, sweet meat, sweet mint, bright raspberry, and wild undergrowth alongside an evocative note of fresh rhubarb.

On the palate, it delivers impressive depth defined as  "highly complex, highly textural, and sinewy,"  moving with effortless poise toward an extraordinarily sustained, lingering finish.
