Sourced from mature vines up to 50 years old across the complementary microclimates of the Barossa and Eden Valleys, the collection features two vastly different yet equally spectacular growing seasons.

This beautifully presented retrospective twin pack pairs a museum-released 2015 Keyneton Euphonium with the younger 2021 vintage, showcasing the evolution and consistency of Henschke's celebrated estate blend. Henschke confirms that the wines draw on Shiraz from vines up to 50 years old in the Eden and Barossa Valleys, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.

2015: Deep crimson with bright ruby hues, offering blackberry, raspberry, plum and cassis alongside sage, cooking spice, black pepper, anise and violets. The palate is elegant and finely structured, with fresh plum and mulberry leading into blackberry, bramble and cassis, finishing with bright acidity and exceptionally fine tannins. Henschke rates the 2015 an Exceptional vintage and notes that this particular release was bottle-aged in its cellar for museum release. Henschke considers the vintage capable of exceptional ageing and gives Keyneton Euphonium a drinking window of now to 2035+.

2021: A powerful yet balanced expression showing dark cherry, plum, blackcurrant and cassis, with spice, liquorice, dried herbs, pepper and earthy complexity. Decanter awarded it 95 points, praising its luscious dark-cherry and plum fruit, baking spice, liquorice and woody-herb complexity. James Suckling also awarded 95 points, highlighting dark cherry, blood plum, blackcurrant, dried herbs, cured meat, liquorice, mulberry, pepper and mocha.
