Tasting Notes

Laycock Family Vineyard, Greenock. Own-rooted Shiraz planted in 2002 on ironstone gravels and layered schist at 314 metres. The name goes back to Dan's first cuvée in 1999; today it is typically the firmly structured, savoury anchor of the range—dense, powerful and built for time. The Standish entered Langton's Classification in 2018.
